Please include a little history about your pet.  Details about your pet’s condition and current abilities as far as fuction goes helps us make an accurate assessment and allows us to better serve each individual pet’s needs. We WILL ask questions!

*Laurie is a registered veterinary technician and she will be personally assisting you with your pet.   Even if you are not ordering a cart, she will be available to talk to about your pet and answer any questions you may have concerning care and recovery.  So, don’t hesitate to email her and ask any questions.  We are here to help!
